Position: Administrative Assistant

Jennifer is the friendly face behind the scenes at Grand Fire Protection, where she serves as Administrative Assistant. She enjoys helping customers, supporting the team, and making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Jennifer believes that kindness, organization, and great communication can make all the difference, and she strives to bring those values to work every day. Her coworkers have also learned that a random song lyric or spontaneous tune is never too far away.

Originally from Ohio, Jennifer moved to Colorado in 2011, where she met her husband, Aaron, and found the community she now proudly calls home. She has a deep love for animals and is honored to serve as President of the Grand County Pet Pals Board. Jennifer and Aaron share their home with their adopted fur baby, Negan, who is a cherished member of the family.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys getting lost in a good book, expressing her creativity through crafting, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves attending live music events, and nothing helps her recharge more than relaxing by the lake or the ocean. Whether she is supporting her community, helping a customer, or enjoying life’s simple moments, Jennifer values building genuine connections and making a positive impact wherever she goes.
